Patriot Commercial Services LLC (“Patriot”, “we”, “us”) provides commercial cleaning services in the Baltimore area. This policy explains what information we collect through toppatriotcs.com and in the course of serving our clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a quote through this website, we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and any details you choose to include in your message. When you contact us by phone, email or text, we keep a record of that correspondence. Our web host also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, which is used to keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed to children.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver a quote, schedule and perform cleaning services, invoice for work performed, and communicate with you about the services we provide. We also use it to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.

Text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Patriot Commercial Services may send you service-related texts from our business line, (443) 606-8878. These cover scheduled service visits, building access, supply requests, service issues, schedule changes and completion confirmations.

Consent is obtained either in writing, through the text-message consent section of your signed service agreement, or verbally, when you call our business line and a representative reads you the disclosure and records your agreement. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 443-606-8878 or pcsinfo@toppatriotcs.com.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected for SMS is sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to run the business: with service providers who host our website, deliver our email, process payments and measure how the website performs on our behalf; with our insurers or professional advisers where a claim or legal question requires it; and where the law requires disclosure. The measurement and advertising providers we use are named in the section below.

Some accounts are serviced under a franchise agreement with Stratus Building Solutions. Where that applies, billing and account administration for those accounts is handled by Stratus, and information necessary for invoicing and service records is shared with them for that purpose. This does not include mobile numbers collected for text messaging.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve the account and to satisfy tax, insurance and legal record-keeping requirements, then dispose of them securely. Records containing client information are shredded rather than discarded.

Confidentiality at your premises

Our staff are instructed to treat everything observed at a client’s premises as confidential and are prohibited from photographing any site.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails by replying to ask. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to operate the website, and to understand how people find and use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and the site will still work.

What we use, and what each one does:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — measures how many people visit, which pages they read, how they arrived, and whether they went on to request a quote. It sets cookies that recognise a returning browser. We have configured it so that your name, email address, phone number, street address and the free text of your message are never sent to Google. Only the multiple-choice answers travel: approximate building size, type of space, and how often cleaning is needed. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit by installing Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) — the container that loads the tools listed here. It does not itself collect information about you.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — records anonymised session replays and heat maps: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, so we can see where the site confuses people. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded. Microsoft’s privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
• Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Google Ads tag (Google LLC) — these record that a visit or a quote request happened, so that if we advertise in future we can tell which advertising produced enquiries and can show ads to people who have visited this site. They are installed and collecting now even though we are not currently running paid advertising. You can control Meta’s use of this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and Google’s at myadcenter.google.com.

All of these providers process data on servers in the United States. We have set advertising and analytics storage to be switched off by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Your browser’s “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal is not currently acted on automatically. If you would prefer that we hold no measurement data about your visits, email us at pcsinfo@toppatriotcs.com and we will tell you how to opt out, or delete what we can identify.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
