Owner-operated commercial cleaning, hiring in Baltimore. Patriot Commercial Services cleans offices, medical and dental suites, fitness studios and childcare centers across Baltimore and the surrounding twenty miles — in the evenings, after those buildings close. The owner still works nights on site, and the person reading your application is the person you would work for.

What the work is like

• Evening shifts. Most work runs between 6 pm and midnight, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend jobs.
• Written checklists. Every site has a task list, so “done” is never a matter of opinion.
• Scored inspections. Your work is checked against the same checklist — good work is visible, and it is what earns more hours.
• Training on the job. No experience needed. You learn the routines alongside the owner before you ever work a site alone.

What we look for

Reliability beats everything else. Show up every scheduled night, take the details seriously, and be the kind of person a client can trust alone in their building after hours. Some of our buildings — medical and childcare — require a clean background check. You need a dependable way to get to sites; a car helps but is not required for every site.
