The owner
Eugene Hicks
Eugene founded the company after seeing the same pattern across the Baltimore market. Building managers were not asking for anything exotic. They wanted the restrooms right, the floors done, somebody to pick up the phone, and a way to know the work actually happened. What they got instead was a rotating cast of crews and a vendor who went quiet the moment the contract was signed.
So this company is structured to make that failure hard. Eugene quotes each building himself, sets the scope himself, inspects the work himself, and hands out his own number. As the company grows, the standard is that no account gets added unless it can be held to that standard.
