Answers before you ask
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Baltimore?
It depends on size, how often you want us, and what the space is. A 2,000 square foot office cleaned three nights a week typically runs $600 to $900 a month. A 5,000 square foot medical suite on the same schedule runs higher. We give you a firm number after the walkthrough — never a range you have to guess inside of.
Are you insured?
We carry general liability, a janitorial bond and workers’ compensation, and we provide certificates before we start. Tell us what your lease or property manager requires and we’ll confirm what we can put in place before the first visit.
Do you require a long contract?
Our agreements run month to month after the first 90 days, cancellable with 30 days notice. If we are not holding up our end, you should not need a lawyer to leave.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week of an approved scope. If you are in a bind — a vendor walked, an inspection is coming — say so and we will work with it.
